This could be seen as an uplifting message about disability. See Sechi got disabled in the form of his tongue being stuck to the icecream, much like how someone would lose their legs. Sechi is sad but he moves on and lives the rest of his life in content and joy, he doesn't let it get him down. All in all this was a very serious episode and I'm not sure how to feel. I can't believe Sechi is dead.

If only Sechi had put the popsicle in his mouth first. That way, the popsicle would quickly defrost, which causes it to lose its ability to stick to his tongue.
